Fog them up, and clean them with your shirt!

Using a lens cleaner with a microfiber cloth or premoistened towelettes is preferred. You can also run them under cold water and wipe them dry with a microfiber cloth.
Do not use any paper products (tissues, paper towels, etc) on your lenses as the tree fibers will scratch your lenses.
Only use rubbing alcohol if what you are trying to get off the lenses won't come off after using lens cleaner/water on the lenses, but rinse off the lenses afterward. Ever noticed how rubbing alcohol dries out your skin? Prolonged exposure on lenses will have somewhat the same effect.
Only use your shirt if you have nothing else since your clothes can trap dust in them, so you end up rubbing that dirt into the lenses and can scratch them.

One way that REALLY cleans them and u should have at home is rubbing alcohol. Dip a q-tip in the bottle and gently wipe your glasses. Use the dry side to dry them. :)

You can buy a bottle of glasses lense cleaner from any eye doctor's office.
