Eye visions computers?!
Question: Eye visions computers?
How long should i be on the computer for? (I dont play any games I just search up stuff at google, talk with friends through msn/facebook, visit my facebook)
-Normally i play computer 8hours+ on weekends and weekdays 4 hours+ no breaks.
Now my eye vision is severely damaged my eyesight is maybe around 20/160-200.
*FOR YOUR OPINION HOW LONG SHOULD I BE ON THE COMPUTER FOR? AND HOW LONG SHOULD I BREAK FOR THEN GO ON AGAIN?*
Same for TV how long should i be watching TV for? How long i take breaks for and when i can watch again?
This questions, so my eyesight will no more be damaged as much than they use to. I want to avoid wearing glasses.

Take a short break every half hour.
