TO ME IT DID THAT WHEN I HAD ALLERGIES THAT WERE NOT CONTROLLED.

im not sure if youre talking about your actual eye twitching, or the lid below your eye twitching. A coupe years ago, the lid below my eye kept almost pulsating and twitching. It went on for 13 days straight. Never ever stopped. Not even for a second when I woke up in the morning. I went to a neurologist, and they said everything was fine. A few days later it just stopped. They said sometimes small muscles just like when you get a muscle twitch in your arm or something, go into spasm randomly. I was always worried everyone noticed, but they never did. Hang in there! It'll probably just go away on it's own!

A 2 second yahoo search for "eye twitching" would have given you:

anything else u are incapable of googling? really, we have nothing better to do...

It can mean a number of things! Such as: dehydration, hypokalemia(low potassium),uncontrolled allergies,or fatigue/stress.It's very irritating ,but is usually nothing that is threatening to your vision.

Your body is low in Potassium.
Eat some bananas or take a vitamin supplement :D

It is usually due to stress or a lack of sleep. I know it is annoying but it should go away on its own.

You should go and see an optician right away. Before it gets any worse. We are talking about your eyes here.

stress, it will go away eventually. i feel for ya, that is so irritating!!

drink more water. it helps my muscle spasms.

its not an aneurysm lol...
