Is there a way to improve or get my eye sight right ?

Nothing you can do except wear glasses or contacts. Exercises don't do anything for you except waste time you'll never get back. Generally around age 20, you may be a candidate for corrective surgery, but that's it.
sure, there are plenty of suggestions (eye exercises, supplements, etc) that claim to "improve eyesight". google will give you literally dozens.
oh... you want one that WORKS & is not a SCAM? no, there aren't any of those.

There is nothing that will fix your nearsightedness other than surgery. A lot of people will give you silly exercises. We still sell glasses and contacts because the exercises do nothing.
Look into the distance for a while (like out a window) repeat this
