Those aren't really eye exam results, it looks like the print out from an auto refractor and auto keratometer.
As to what to do, ask the eye doctor. Whether you need glasses, eye exerises, eye drops, cataract surgery or emergency referral for retinal detachment depends on the other parts of the eye exam (your uncorrected and corrected acuity, your cycloplegic refraction, your IOP, your symptoms, your eye health etc etc etc). Only an eye doctor who has personally examined your eyes can tell you what eye care you might need.
