What would be healthier or better for your eyes, in different ways.. to keep wearing contacts or will it be better to get the laser eye surgery?

Contacts lenses worn exactly like instructed are probably safer than LASIK. However many people don't follow instructions exactly. They sleep in them when they should not. They don't replace them as often as they should. In these situations, LASIK is probably safer.

I wear contacts (been wearing them for 6 years now)
And I think about the same thing.
I have spend hundreds of dollars on contacts,
So why not get Laser surgery and get it dont with
instead of buying and buying contacts?
