Can I wear regular contacts or do I have to get the astigmatism contacts?!

It is hard for us to determine that, as we can't tell what your eyes are like from here, but it looks like that prescription is for regular contacts. If the amount of astigmatism is small, the doctor will try the regular contacts first as they are cheaper. Since they gave you the prescription, I'm thinking you already had a fitting and they had you wear some trial ones and, presumably they fit properly and were working for you. (Sometimes, they have to try 2 or 3 different brands/types to get some that work). I think everything is all set.

I'm not sure what you want help with, are you trying to order contacts on-line or something? If so, you need to order exactly what is on your prescription. Did he say you need to come back for anything? If there is any doubt what you are supposed to do, I would try calling him to double-check.
