Question: What does this convert to in 20/20 terms?

I have a prescription for my contacts that says -2.50. What does that equal if you are using the 20/20 form? 20/__

no direct correlation b/c there are too many factors involved: lighting, pupil size, blur interpretation, type of acuity used, etc etc etc. its not as simple as people think it is.

*probably* somewhere in the 20/200 range. -ish.

You can't convert glasses prescription to acuity; it would be like converting your shoe size to how fast you can run 100 metres.

If you want to know your 20/xx, call your eye doctor, it would have been measured at your last exam.
