Question: Cloudy white bump on the colored part of my eye?
i have this very small white bump on the colored part of my eyeball. it is really irritated and is red around the bump. it hurts to blink with or without contacts. i have a doctors appointment for next week, but i would like to know what is it and what do i do? thanks

that sounds like a classic "pinguecula"...a benign inflammatory condition usually caused by long term UV exposure.

when it gets red around it, i call that an "inflamed pinguecula" or "pingueculitis".

it is not usually dangerous, but if it gets much worse/bigger you may elect to have it surgically excised. it will not go away on its own.

FYI the colored part of your eye is the "IRIS". the intersection between the white part of your eye ("sclera") and the colored iris/cornea is called the "LIMBUS".
