Question: Is this normal?? its a health question?
i have been on a diet for the last months and tho i call it a diet im just cutting out bad snacks and food containing alot of saturated fats and sugar.I have managed to lose a stone so far i also go to the gym four times a week but now for the last 2-3 weeks i am contently tired, feel sick,terrible mood swings and my period was lot heavier than normal?? im not too sure why this is any suggestions?

Are you eating enough calories?? Toxins & excess hormones are stored within fat stores & when you release fat stores, you release these excess hormones as well.

I do not recommend cutting out saturated fats or low calories to lose weight. Saturated fats (not trans fats or with sugar added) are necessary for good health.

i would see a doctor. did you eat a lot of junk food before you went on your diet? did you work out as much? if you ate a lot of junk food then it could be that your body isnt used to whats going on now. same thing for the workking out. your body just isnt used to it.

I am not sure what is happening. i suggest going to see a doctor. They should be able to tell you whats going on in your body. if your like me i hate the doctors too but you have to remember they are there to help you.
