Question: Device for spring loaded hinge on specs?
Whats the name of that device opticians use to insert the screw into the spring loaded hinge on glasses arms, how does it work and are there any pics of it on You Tube?

We don't generally use a device as such. Normally we'll use self guiding screws that have a tapered point on the end, once the screw is in then the point is simply snapped off. You can see what I mean by copying and pasting this link into your browser:
