Question: Any idea what could be causing pain in and around right eye?
The past few months, randomly, i've been having issues with pain and pressure in and around my right eye only. I ruled out allergies as I just had an allergy test and everything came back negative, I'm thinking about trying to see a normal doctor in the next few days. Anyone have an idea of what causes this?, what seems to help is green tea and the steam from taking a shower... I have a feeling that something keeps getting clogged somewhere as spicy foods don't clear out my sinuses as well as they used to. If anyone has any ideas, I'd love to hear them...

Pain and pressure around your eye could be sinus infection as the sinus cavities are located very close to the eyes.
Pain and pressure IN your eye could be something very different. It could indicate a number of things that need to be taken care of medically by an optometrist or ophthalmologist. The most common of these things is glaucoma (high pressure inside the eye). You will need to set up an appointment with your eye doctor to get that checked out. ... Although probably not an emergency, don't wait.
