Question: What does it mean if my eyes keep doing this ??!?
Everyday my eyes water but just before water (it's like I'm crying but I'm not) comes out of my eye my eye burns and it really hurts and it's not because of eyeliner or mascara or eye shadow because it does it when I have it on and when I take it off so what is it?? :(

Sounds like you've just got a minor infection in your eye - nothing serious, you've probably just rubbed a grubby finger on it...
Try putting some brolene drops in for a day or 2, that should do the trick.
