Question: If i dont have very good vision, and wear glasses, can i still be in the coast guards?
i wear glasses and dont have good vision, does this disqualify me from the cooast guard all together?

Your vision can be pretty bad.

Uncorrected, the standard is +- 8.0 diopters or better, with waivers possible out to +-10. Check your prescription.

Corrected, it's a bit complicated, but it basically boils down to 20/40 (corrected) or better.

Your vision must be correctable to 20/20. There is a limit to HOW bad it can be but you have to be almost legally blind to reach that level. Wearing glasses in the military isn't a problem. You may be restricted from some rates, aviation mostly, but there are plenty of other options available to you.

I believe your eyesight must be 20/20, or correctable to 20/20, in all branches of the military with no exceptions, unless they've change their rules in the last decade. You can always ask your local recruiting office to make sure. Good luck
