Why is my eye twitching?!

Question: Why is my eye twitching?
Okay, I am a 14 year old female, and I recently just started experiencing that my eye twitches. It's actually like my lower eye lid, and it just twitches all the time. And it's been doing that for about two weeks now. I can see perfectly fine out of my eye. My friend tells me it might be sleep depridation, but I'm getting the normal 8 hours about 80% of the time. Does someone have an explanation for this?

Well my eye does it every now and again. It's totally normal unless it happens like constantly. You may want to go to your primary doctor if it is really bothering you. It also could be stress. Have you been stressed lately?

It's just stress. Every argument I get into, every single test I take, every stressful situation does the exact same thing to me. It's annoying but your body has to do something with that stress. I asked my eye doctor about it and she says there is nothing wrong with it and not really anything to do with it. Mine has done it for years. You'll be fine. :)

Sometimes nerves just do that. I had the exact same problem in the exact same place and it got better after I got into a fight and someone punched me in the eye (I guess he deadened the nerve or something)

this is very normal, most have this twitching at one time or another.
I've questioned my Apologist & he says could be tired, nothing to be concerned about.
