contacts are wonderful for sports . Soft contacts dont' fall out at all - hard contacts were more prone to , but not whilst doing sports. I've used contacts hill walking, skiing , snorkelling, swimming in all weathers and never had one fall out. Its far more likely your glasses would fall off.

No. I don't believe there is a caution on the back of the box that says "Not to be used while running". :D
