Question: Question about my vision...?

Im 19 years old. Today in the afternoon, I was walking in my house, then I needed to sneeze, so I sneezed, but right after I sneezed, I started seeing little diamond shaped objects flying around, about the same size of BBs from a BB rifle. But the little diamond looking objects werent actually flying in the house "just to let you all know", it were my eyes that were making me see this. This lasted for about a minute or 2. This was actually the third time it happened, first time happend last year or in '09. The second happend 1 or 2 weeks ago.
Anyone knows what this might be? I was with my mom when this happend, she said that I might just have gotten dizzy or something, but I wasnt, neither the other 2 times. I also have good vision, 20/20.
For those who dont believe me..... I really am telling the truth about the little abjects. Thanks.

I get this all the time when I sneeze. I think its when the eyes get a sudden shock.

Maybe this is where you get the saying 'seeing stars'

I dont think anything of it and just enjoy them :)

I believe you & it's kindof like the saying when someone gets hit really hard they "see stars". I for some reason have this happen whenever I look at my armpits when I'm shaving them in the shower :) lol. Usually I look around and see diamond shapes flying around me for a few minutes. I wouldn't worry about it.

Are there any water in your eyes??
Maybe you;re really just dizzy....
