Have you ever tried sneezing with your eyes open?!

No, but I tried expelling all the air out of my lungs before the sneeze. Don't do it. I wrenched a chest muscle which remained sore most of the following week. For most people, the eyes close during a sneeze, but nobody knows why. There are some people who can sneeze with their eyes open. And, no, your eyes wont pop out of your head if you manage to keep them open while sneezing.
