Question: Why does my eye hurt like hell?
i woke up this morning and now my eye hurts a lot. i wear contacts but i haven't put them on since yesterday. my eye isn't red or swollen, it just hurts a lot and is watering a little. please help? :(

you need a slit-lamp examination at ophthalmologist , this maybe caused by corneal abrasions caused by the contacts, or ur eyelids retract during sleeping (if this was the cause then u better use the lenses while sleeping or close ur eyelids by plasters during sleeping)
Maybe it's just irritated from the contacts every day. I'd keep your contacts out for a day or two or until your eye is feeling better. If it doesn't feel better by tomorrow you may want to get it checked out.
