No, you'd have to have an exam first to measure the diameter and base curve of your eyes. The doctor could then write you a prescription for zero power lenses to take to Walmart or any place that sells contacts so you could get colored lenses but with no power to them. While you can buy novelty contact lenses online or maybe even some stores, those lenses can actually damage the eye as they haven't been properly fitted to you.
