One eye watering and one nostril dripping?!
Question: One eye watering and one nostril dripping?
today my right eye would start watering at random intervals and my right nostril would run at the same time, i've had no allergies before and no other symptoms, what is happening? Again, my left eye and left nose are perfectly dry, no tears or mucus

Maybe you are coming down with a cold. Quite often I will have one side "sick" for a whole day before the other side joins in.
when i get a cold a lot of times one eye will water or one nose will become stuffy and runny even sometimes they both run at the same time i say take some musinex
