It depends on if you mean just the ear piece or the whole temple. They will likely replace the piece that goes around you ear for free or next to nothing. If they have to match the whole temple, the whole piece that connects from the frame to the ear, you'll only find out by taking your glasses in and seeing if they can match it. It also depends on when you bought the glasses and what sort of warranty they might have.

I've worn glasses for many years, bought them from many different places. WalMart has the best replacement and repair services.

They will probably have to order the part and it may or may not even be available (some of the frames are only made for a few years). If you can't get the part, or it costs an arm & a leg, and if they are metal frames, with plain temples (not the wierd filligree/curved ones) you might be able to take the temples off an old pair of glasses and switch them (a lot of them use the same, or very similar, hinge design). I've done this many times for stingy friends, sometimes you need to use a jeweler's file to adjust the fit of the hinge a bit (if you are not comfortable with small tools, tiny little screws and and tight tolerences, you might want to pass on this).
