Why is my left eye flickering?!

It happens a lot to me. It's involuntary, and yes, it is quite difficult to stop it. But, you can avoid getting it.

You see, the muscles in your eyes get tired too. They get drained and strained, just like our body, when we work out. The main reason why you eye flickers is stress. Try to cool off a bit, relax, and as much as possible, let your eyes rest, because it's all that it needs.

If it still won't stop, though, call a doctor, because a doctor knows just almost everything, when it comes to stuff like these.
