Question: Is there anything I can do about an eye freckle?

I am self-conscious about my eye freckle and it is a huge! Is there anything I can do? I wear glasses now, so it is not that noticeable.

You can remove it surgically, but every surgery has it's risks, do you think it's worth the risk?, is it something you can't live with?
