Firstly your eyesight isn't bad because you useed teh computer or watched TV. That is the good news. The bad news is that glasses dont' fix your eyes , they just help you see properly. Bad eyesight is about the shape of your eyeball. That shows as you grow, it can get better but more often gets worse. The only way of fixing it is surgery. There are people who say exercises , eating properly etc. etc. will help but scientific studies do not back this up. You can look to using contacts if you are unhappy with glasses.
I'm not positive if this is what you are refering to but:
Wearing glasses does NOT "fix" your eyes. Wearing glasses glasses compensates for the problem, but as soon as you take them off, your vision is bad again.
Maybe, i had an accident with my eyes, so the doctor told me that my vision will get worse no matter what.
