Question: I think my IT job is taking its toll on my eyes, feeling weird for the past week?
I don't want to get glasses, I am trying to get plenty of sleep but I just wanted to know whats the best foods / supplements for good eyesight?

Some good supplements for your eyes are beta-carotene, vitamins C, D and E, lutein, zeaxanthin, zinc and omega-3s.
A good multivitamin will contain all of these except omega 3 fatty acids which can be found in fish or in pill form as a separate supplement.
Making sure your monitor is the right distance from your eyes, as well as taking a couple of short breaks every hour will help with the strain on your eyes.
