I try not to cry about anything because my eyes get blood shot RED. can't get them clear right away.

I think that happens to just about everyone to a variable extent. The tears you produce from emotional upset are not the same composition as the tears made that just keep the eye moist, so they make your eyes get red.
THIS IS A MEDICAL MIRACLE!!! you sir are 1 in 10 MILLION people to have this such RARE symptom.
