You CAN get the gacsan in prescription, but your lens choices are limited by your prescription. Oakley glasses have limitiations on the RX you can put it:

So yes, you can, but you'll have to get the Rx lenses from Oakley. Not a lot of places still do true wrap lenses, so finding somewhere to take the frame in your town might not work.
