Mix raced male who has 1 blue eyed parent and 1 brown eyed parent?!

Question: Mix raced male who has 1 blue eyed parent and 1 brown eyed parent?
He has brown eyes himself, and he will have kids with a girl who has two blue eyed parents and blue eyes herself. Will the kids more likely to have brown eyes?

Answers:

Their kids will have a 50% chance of getting brown eyes 37.5% chance of getting blue eyes and 12.5% chance of green eyes. I got these results from an eye color calculator.

Eye colour has a complex inheritance with at least three genes involved.

A blue eyed parent and a brown eyed parent will have children with blue, green, hazel or brown or dark brown eyes. Blue and dark brown are less likely, green somewhat more likely, hazel and brown most likely.
Lighter eyes become more likely with a greater number of blue eyed grandparents and great grandparents.

impossible to tell. this is way more complicated than just Punnett square Mendel "pea" genetics b/c eye color shows "incomplete dominance". its way, way more complicated than just "recessive genes" etc.

literally no one has any idea. super difficult to predict.

however, brown is generally statistically more prevalent.

edit: thats a cool link, aiden, but it doesn't include incomplete dominance, nor does it say anything about pigmentation or how "dark" or "light" an iris is. thats using Mendelian Punnett square genetics. its close but still unpredictable b/c of incomplete dominance.

Assuming that the man has no recessive genes for eye color, his children will have brown eyes as well.
