Weird eye problems well i guess eye problems.?!

Lately my eyes have felt pressed out and i have been kinda zoned out feeling and real unstable. When i try to drive everything looks real far away and kinda makes me sick just feels distorted not really far away. When i step outside to smoke (yes i smoke i know its bad, but I'm trying to quit) i notice darting shadows out of the corner of my eye. Its a bit disturbing. I tried to do a search and of course i got 900 pages of its a shadow person websites instead of anything half-way logical. Also it has been difficult for me to read a book or the print on my computer seems like my eyes are focused dead center and my lines run together.
