Has anyone ever seen this before?!

Question: Has anyone ever seen this before?
The other day I had an eye appointment and the eye doctor pointed out that the sclera [whites of the eyes] was tinted blue. After he mentioned the discoloration he said nothing else about it. I've always noticed that they were a little more blue than most peoples but I didn't think anything of it.
I called my mother to see if she had ever noticed it and she said I had been born that way. Does anyone know anything about it?
What is it called, what are some of the causes, and can I plan for future eye problems??

Answers:

Don't be too concerned.... but....

There is a VERY VERY RARE CONDITION called Blue Sclerotics.... look it up... but I stress again... it's VERY VERY VERY RARE.... I hope you don't have it.
