I need help putting contacts in?!

put the contact Lens on a Q-tip or tooth pic and then wedge the other end into a crack in the table or a book or something so that it is standing vertically with the contact on the end. Next drive your head down fast onto the contact so that it is placed perfectly and quickly on the eyeball with no touching of the eyeball necessary with your hands. Perfect way to do contacts for wusses.

I use the middle finger of the hand on the side the eye is on. Hold the eye open with the opposite hand on top and bottom with the index finger pulling down just above the cheek. Don't pull on the eyelids just the skin above and below at the eye socket.
I've been wearing them for 25 years and can put one in in the dark...

Pull your upper lashes, put the contact on your eye and pull your eyelid down. That's how i do and it is very easy. Dont put the contact on a q-tip because the cotton on the q-tip will stick on the contact and it will be very unconfortable in your eye.
