Where is this third eye everyone keeps talking about?!

Question: Where is this third eye everyone keeps talking about?
Answers:

forehead

The Third eye refers to the mythical concept of spiritual enlightenment. It is a common concept in Hinduism and Buddhism as well as some Taoism. It is one of the seven main Chakras, or energy centers, of the body. The sixth to be exact. This particular Chakra being colored indigo and being a reflection of intuition, extrasensory perception, fluent thought, independence and spiritual security. This Chakra is located in the spot between the eye brows or slightly above that spot. You may observe in Hinduism the dot on the forehead or the charms, called Tilaka. These serve as reminders of the "mind's eye". Chakras are most reference to within meditation where they are opened, observed, balanced, and then secured all through visualization. If a Chakra is observed to be out of balance it is then focused on with positive energy to rebalance it. Since Chakras are suppose to be reflections of your body's energy the way they are balanced is a direct reflection of your true state and fixing it in meditation is supposed to help fix or re-channel your energy in a positive manner. So if your Third Eye Chakra is observed to be unbalance it may be that you are second guess your intuition or that you may be struggling with a particular faith, to give an example. The remaining Chakras also reflect other aspects of your being. Chakra meditation is a very interesting thing, if you want to know in any further detail anything, let me know.

I've been practicing Chakra meditation for over three years.
