My eye vision falters (everythings black for a milli-second and then my eye visi!

I really need help. It's been around a week that its been happening, most of the time i can see perfectly clear (or as clear as a nearsighted person not wearing glasses could see). But often when I sit down or just zone out, I notice my eye vision flicker. Like it starts on the side, and it's black out for like a second and then it comes back then black out again then my vision stays normal. Then after a period of time, it happens again. I'm really scared and i can't go to the eye doctors and can't find anything about it on google. Please help ?
