Does laser eye surgery hurt?!

No it doesn't hurt. You'll be like shaking a little because they're touching your eyes(not by hands mine they use a cotton buds). Yes you are awake, because you can't sleep with open eyes lol. Don't worry they'll use a device so you won't blink - it's really scary to be honest. It's a 5-10 min each eye. They'll clean it with water first. Then the actual laser surgery. It's a device you have to look at the red spot - then the 1 minute laser(it's not like what you're thinking that they'll hit your eye with the laser, it's like 2 inches far from your eye. They let you lie down too just like others. Then after both eyes are done they'll cover it then you'll rest for an hour.
