Question: Contacts in the wrong way, i cant get it out?

i have soft lenses and ive only been wearing them for a week, nearly two, i put them in the wrong way by accident but i cant seem to get them out, apparently there meant to pop out but they haven't and also my eyes sore and red. i cant see out of that eye its blurry, theres a bump in my eye and i think that's the contact but when i was trying to grab the contatc lenses to take them out i got hold of but it hurt.
i dont know what to do. any ideas

i hav had this issue before, leave it alone for a at least a half hour. i hav found the best way to get them out wen that happens is to use your finger to pull it down the your lid. always try to hav clean hands & a mini bottle of SENSITIVE eyes contact lens solution. nvr again poke at your eye for to long thats wat ive learnt... hope that helps! good luck! i know how painful that situation can be. feel better :)

Put drops in your eye and leave them for a few minutes. Sounds like it might be dried up a bit. If you still can't remove it call your eye doctor. You can cause serious injury to the eye leaving it in or continuously poking at it trying to get it out. They can remove it for you more gently.
