That feeling of something stuck in your eye forever (I know that feeling well) is actually a symptom of of dry eye or allergies. I have allergies and get that feeling a lot. Don't worry, nothing can go behind your eye.
If you want to stop that feeling of something stuck in your eye, here's what you can do. Get a plastic eye cup at your local pharmacy (about $2). Get a box of NON-IODONIZED (no iodine) salt at your local grocery store (about $1). Don't use regular table salt, you need the type without iodine in it. Dissolve 1/2 teaspoon of salt in 1/2 cup of warm water. Use the eye cup and rinse your eyes with that mixture whenever you feel like something is stuck in your eye.
This is basically the same formula that is in the expensive eye washes that they sell in drugstores (without the preservatives). I used to buy the eyewash, but the preservatives in them made my eyes sting.
Things can go behind your eye, but the human eye was designed to get rid of most things. You eyelids and lashes tend to work foreign objects to the corners where the tears and mucus stick to it and cause it to detach from the cornea.
If you are in doubt, see you doctor, rather than as complete strangers. They are trained to do things properly.
if youre worried go see your doctor
