Question: Why did one of my eye pupils get bigger then the other?
last year i noticed one of my pupils was bigger then the other, i saw 2 different doctors about it. they both said nothing was wrong, and told me what to look for if something was happening. its been a year now and everything is fine. is it normal for some people to have this. that wasn't born with it

i am now 19 and i noticed it when i was 18 .

Answers:

Normally, when one pupil gets better than the other, it is a sign of brain damage or something going on which is bad. Or you could have a tumor pressing up against your nerves that supply the eye and causing that problem. On the other hand, it is possible, but rare, to have a pupil bigger than the other in your teens. It is also possible it will change, the big pupil will go back and forth between the eyes. If you have seen two doctors and they have not said anything, then you could be okay. On the other hand, you could be developing an autoimmune disease and it is causing your pupil to become big.

I recommend yearly eye exams and get a physical with blood work.

My dads did that when he had a stroke. In some cases it happens with brain damage.
