yes they will dont try it your self you may damage the frame
Its fairly normal fo roptiicains to do this when glasses first arrive. Mine insists on you collecting in person and they check teh fit, do a bit of heating and bendign and then double check you are seeing properly before releasing you into society again :)

yes, but not too much. bending compromises integrity of plastic. i say one or to attempts to fix is ok. otherwise ur hed is crooked or manufacturer is bad.
