if you're adequately clothed you've nothing to worry about.

No, you will not get sick from being out in the cold. Colds and flu are more prevalent in cold weather, but that is because we tend to stay indoors with other people so germs are spread more easily. In warm climates, colds and flu tend to be more prevalent in the rainy seasons, also because people tend to congregate indoors.

In conclusion, being out in the cold for long periods of time, at night or during the day, will not make you sick. Just dress appropriately so you will be comfortable.

No, you can not get sick from the cold alone. The cold may cause your immune system to weaken a bit causing pathogens and viruses to enter your system a little easier. Just make sure you wear warm clothes and you should be fine.

I'm out in the cold and dark a lot more than this every day of the week at this time of year as I like a pre-work walk. I find it helps stop me being ill but keeping warm and dry is a critical.

no, but it will decrease your resistance to bacteria. And because of that you could get ill.
If you have a strong resistance against bacteria you will probably not going to be ill.

your immunity will be boosted by the REGULAR exposure to inclement climate.
decreased then increased to a level above your start point.
