If your eye is not burning, uncomfortable or tearing and your vision is normal, I doubt you any of the marker ink got into your eye. To be on the safe side, flush the eye with cold water, sterile water would be best if you have any. If you do any discomfort, see an eye doctor ASAP.

Did you do that on purpose well frist of all if it is bleeding you have no other alternative but to go to the optician and have it checked. Dont ignore the issue you could go blind! get to the doctor right away!
