Drugs like Ritalin and Prilosec. Being young. Being myopic. Being excited. Handling some plants and rubbing your eyes. Using nasal spray.

Other than drugs at all, head injury, stroke, tumor, Adie's syndrome can cause a change in pupil size. For some people it may be the norm for them to always have dilated pupils.
