Question: What does it mean when someone has blinking lights in their eyes?
its like blinking christmas tree lights in my eyesight. idk what it is or if its normal so please help

Then they should see an eye doctor immediately. It could be a decrease of blood to the eye and causing it to come in and out. Could be a stroke, retinal tear, valsava related, or it is just in your head.
