If you are trying to say that your vision is blurry even while you are wearing your glasses, you need to get a new eye exam. If you've been back to your eye specialist recently, it is time to find a new eye doctor. If it's been three years since you've seen the eye doctor, you need to go back for a new exam. Most teenagers' vision does get worse until they reach their twenties, at which time their vision usually stabilizes, but there are no hard and fast rules when it comes to vision. Cataracts are one of the easiest eye problems to detect, so it is doubtful you have one.

Forcing our eyes to focus (or stretch) as you put it, will enable us to see more clearly, but you can't continually walk around stretching your eyes. If you don't trust your eye specialist, find a new doctor and get another opinion, but it appears you just need a new corrective lens prescription.

Have you had a recent eye exam? Did the doctor tell you needed a change in glasses?

Pulling on your eye narrows the opening creating a pinhole effect which will compensate for underpowered glasses. If it improves the vision then likely your glasses need to be updated. Pulling on the eyelid would not improve the vision if you had an eye disease like cataract.

to wear the same prescription of glasses for 3 years in a row seems like a long time. you might just be needing a different pair. you say youve gone to the doctor, but how long ago?

everybody's sight degenerates over time. its probably nothing to worry about if there no pain or anything, but i would consider either going back to the doctor, or see a different doctor for a 2nd opinion.

Squinting or straining your eyes can make you see better. Normally, when you squinting, the aperture of the eye is made smaller which lets you see better, this is called depth of focus. In laymen terms, your glasses could be scratched, you could need a new glasses prescription and you should get your eyes check. Cataracts NORMALLY do not affect people until you reach 60+
