Do contacts damage your eyesight?!

It is normal that your eyesight is getting worse with time. It may change a little every year, even if you're an adult.

However, when used correctly, contacts do not damage your eyesight nor make it worse.

They say once you start wearing contacts or eyeglasses, it will get worse as your eyes become used to it, which is why I do not want glasses even though it is a little hard to see sometimes.

If your eyesight is getting worse though and you haven't had any contacts or anything yet...you should get them! It can lead to major headaches if you don't.
