Question: Do my eyes meet the satandard ???????????
the requirements are at least 6/9 in the better eye. a visual acuity of at least 6/12 in the wose eye, and if these are acheived by wearing contact lenses or glasses, the uncorrected visual acuity in each eye must be no less than 3/60...
i have had my eyes tested and the results are as follows :
right unaided = 6/4
right aided = 6/4
left unaided = 6/48
left aided = 6/20+2
and the left eye was diagnosed = amblyopia.
so do my eyes meet the standard to apply for a new job ???

Unfortunately you do not meet the requirements because even with glasses your left eye is below the limit of 6/12 ( 6/20 is worse than 6/12).
No. Your worse eye is the left and it's acuity with glasses is not at least 6/12 -- 6/20 is worse than 6/12.
