Eyestrain, a few questions. Please help.?!

Question: Eyestrain, a few questions. Please help.?
I am a 13 year old boy, I go on the pc for 7+ hours a day. I've noticed a few things that recently began just a few months ago. I'm curios if this is eye strain or something worse, I am an anxiety person and i have a few questions. I don't have anything to do so all I do is the computer please don't tell me to "go outside or make some friends" because I am not in a good environment.
I have.
- A very light burning sensation when I close my eyes.
- Wattery eyes.
- When I look at a light bulb outside at night, or in the house it has several crystals as if you were crying even if my eyes are not wattery. Try to get your eyes wattery then look at a lightbulb.
- Red lines in my eyes.

Now questions.
- Is eye strain permanent?
- If I stop using the computer will my eye strain go away? With in how long.
- Can eye strain lead to worse things.
- Can you go blind from going on the computer.

First, to answer your questions.

1) Eye strain is not permanent, at least almost all the time.
2) If you stop using the computer, or at least use it about 2 hours per day but not more, your eye strain will gradually go away.
3) You can't go completely blind from using the computer, unless you use it more than 10 hours a day. However, if you continue using the computer for so long, your eyes will deteriorate.
Ask your parent/guardian to make an appointment with the optician and get contacts/glasses.
There are many alternatives you can have to staring at a computer screen for so long: reading, writing, resting, playing, etc.
