How to clean contact lenses case?!


Question: How to clean contact lenses case?
i just got contact lenses and i was told to dump the solution out everytime i take them out, but am i supposed to rinse the case out with water and then air dry or just let the solution air dry? thanks

all you do is rinse it with solution, NEVER WATER. water will increase your risk of infection. you don't need to let it dry either, just before you take your lenses out, go to the sink and dump the solution. then rinse it with more solution by swish some fresh solution around the case, dump that solution, add more fresh solution, and put your contacts in the case. you don't have to dump the solution right after you put your contacts on your eye.

Put some solution in each holder, swirl it around, dump it and put more solution in.
