Question: Wearing +0.5D glasses, should I?
I tested my eyes and I have hyperopia of +0.5. I not sure if I really do need glasses. I can still see, but it seems that the letters are kind of waving/flashing. but just a little. It's not that bad.

They shouldn't be needed , but if you feel your vision is bothering you enough,,,get them
You probably wouldn't wear them much , and they would soon end up in a drawer.

Your hypermetropia is probably higher than that but the doctor is giving you only part if it. You might want to try them for better, more comfortable vision.
