What would be the safest way to go about purchasing circle lenses?!

Question: What would be the safest way to go about purchasing circle lenses?
I'm 15, and I cosplay a lot and I'm kind of into Lolita fashion. I've worn non-prescriptions before but I got them at a kind of well... not very legit looking place in Mexico, so obviously they were low-quality and uncomfortable. They were a little small, slid around, and made my eyes feel suffocated, so after a few weeks I became afraid of infection and threw them away.
Now I'd really like to get some circle lenses, but I don't want the above to happen again. So, what I want to know basically is, what would be the correct and safe (and legal...) way to purchase some good quality circle lenses?

If you live in the US than there is no legal way to purchase them. Technically all contacts, even plano ones, are medical devices. Since none of the circle lens brands are FDA approved, it is illegal to sell them in the united states. If you would still like to purchase, pinkyparadise is a highly recommended site. The shipping is from asia so it takes like 2 weeks but all of their lenses are legit. Make sure you go to a eye doctor before hand to make sure your not ruining your eyes. Cosplay can be fun and all but is it really worth potentially going blind just so you look a little more like the character?
